For the busy professional who wants the best customized personal training or manual therapy session, but not both in the same session. Dr. Mills will train or treat you either at his home gym, your home gym, virtually, or in a selected fitness facility near his home in Marin County, CA. Additional travel fees may apply if outside area.
60 minutes per session, billed at $350 per session.
Includes:
-60 minutes: bespoke, goals-based personal training and monthly programming; or 60 minutes of manual therapy and rehabilitation exercises.
Virtual options are available.
